6. The report on an internship shall be signed by the trainee and countersigned by the tutor or tutors, as the case may be, who shall certify that the trainee wrote the report, that the trainee personally performed all the professional acts described in the report and that the trainee completed the required number of hours of internship within the prescribed time limit.
